Products purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt thereof. The product you wish to return must be in perfect condition. We need to have the purchase receipt and return form duly completed. The reimbursement prices of products will only be returned by crediting the credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs when returning the product will not be refunded. You request a refund as a consignment.
